Emmie Die and Engineering's talented team of Tool & Die Design Engineers are highly experienced in designing Progressive and Secondary Dies, Wire EDM and CNC Fixtures, and Inspection Gauges.
Our Design Engineer’s skills are also utilized in Die Repair, Reverse Engineering, and Rapid Prototyping. Our Tool and Die Design Department is equipped with the latest design software.
Emmie Die and Engineering has (2) Fadal maching centers equipped with 21 post tool changers. Fadals CNC-88HS CN, they are Fanuc compatable and utilize virtual Gibbs software. We also use Cadkey, Autocad and Mastercam.
The VMC 15-20.21 has a work table size of 16" x 29.5" with a maximum X-Y-Z travel of 20" x 16" x 20". The VMC 60-30,21 has a work table size of 60" x 30" with a maximum X-Y-Z travel of 60" x 30" x 30".
